Downloading the app
Where can I get the GameStake app?
On an iPhone or iPad, you can download our app from the App Store. Simply search for ‘GameStake'.
Do I need a new account to use the app?
No, if you’ve already got a GameStake account, just log in with your username and password. All your details are recorded on our system, so you’ll be ready to go.
You'll still have your account balance, payment methods previously saved on your account from the last time you played using the mobile website.
How is the app updated?
On iOS, you can click on the App Store symbol and then tap 'Updates' to see apps that need updating. Select GameStake from the list and follow the instructions on the screen.
If you haven't already, we recommend turning on automatic updates. You can find instructions on how to do this below for both iOS.
Can different people use their accounts on the same device?
Yes, but you will still need to log in to your own account when you open the app.
Do I have to be over 18 to use our app?
Yes, just like when you played through your web browser, you need to be 18 or over.
Are my details saved if I delete the app?
All your account information is stored with us, so deleting the app will not affect your balance or any details.
