When attempting to log in with incorrect details an error message will appear, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and follow the steps detailed to get back into the game.
I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
For security reasons, we don’t save customer passwords. But don’t worry, it’s nice and simple to reset your password should you go blank.
You can request a new one by clicking ‘Forgot Password?’ and doing the following:
- Enter your email address, then click ‘Reset Password.
- After doing so, check the email account registered to your GameStake account for our email allowing you to verify your email.
- Once you’ve verified your email you will be taken to our website to reset your password.
If you’re resetting your password and get an error on the first page, check the details entered are correct.
Should you enter your login details incorrectly three times, you will have to reset your password. If you still encounter problems after trying again, please contact us for assistance.
